What is the difference between has and have?

Has and Have

When expressing possessions in English, we use has and have, but depending on the person, there is a particular way to use them. We use has for the third person (he, she, it) and have for the second person (I, we, you), as well as with the third person, they. But, generally, we can use has with singular nouns and have with plural nouns.
  • He has a lot of money.
  • It has three bathrooms and five bedrooms.
  • The baby has two teeeth.
  • A camel has four legs.
  • They have one daughter.
  • You have a beautiful garden.
  • My mother has a kind heart.
  • Students have so many novels.
